Along with fashion and jewellery accessories, mobile phone accessories have also become very common that are used to enhance the look of an existing handset. The younger generation, especially the girls like the pink colour very much and this is the reason why pink mobile phones are so much popular among consumers.

Although, now a days, pink is no more considered as a feminine colour and is equally popular among the guys. Pink mobiles look great and add extra zing to your personality. To add some more style, designer handsets are also being launched.

Some of the very popular designer phones are LG Prada, Samsung Armani and Motorola V3i D&G. These devices are a bit pricy and are on the high price range due to their designer labels and sometimes it becomes difficult for customers to buy a designer phone just because of the price factor.

But now, the users who look for some innovation and style in their lives but do not want to buy a new handset, can opt for designer accessories. Yes. it is absolutely true. Now you can get a Gucci mobile phone strap charm that will add some bling and a personalized touch to your mobile phones. Android Phones

Ever since Android was released, Google's mobile OS has turned up in more or less every market segment one could imagine, including 'beginner' to super-powered smartphones. Let's have a look at the coolest Android phones on the market in each segment.

Sony Ericsson X10 Mini

Let's kick off with a phone for users who need to have a smartphone, but do not want a oversized smartphone or a phone that costs a lot to buy: the Sony Ericsson X10 Mini. As you can tell from its name, the Sony Ericsson X10 Mini is a cut-down incarnation of the original X10. Sony Ericsson have taken the best stuff the X10, and squeezed those features down to fit into a brand new frame which makes the Sony Ericsson X10 Mini, even as a smartphone, ludicrously little. Therefore, for users who need a smartphone that is little enough to fit in the smallest handbags, the Sony Ericsson X10 Mini deals are perfect for the handset to buy.

HTC Wildfire

Android is on a march to take over the mid-range, as well, and it can now be found the sexy HTC Wildfire. It has all the cool bits that made its larger sibling (the HTC Desire) brilliant, but puts all those good bits in a more compact, cheaper shell, which remains both sleek and gorgeous. Needless to say, being in that mid-range shell means that the HTC Wildfire has not got the 1GHz Snapdragon chip of the Desire, but its own chip performs admirably. You also get the Sense UI, installed on top of Android in the HTC Wildfire, once more similar to its older predecessor. Based on that logic, if you want something which is very much like the Desire when it comes to specs, but that is considerably cheaper, then the HTC Wildfire is absolutely perfect.

Samsung Galaxy S

In conclusion, then, you've got the Sony Ericsson X10 Mini which has a super-small shell, and then there's the HTC Wildfire, the mid-range equivalent of the HTC Desire. And finally you've got the big top-ender, the Samsung Galaxy S, with the most impressive display on this list. Coming in at a huge 4 inches, it is quite frankly gigantic, and the WVGA, 800x480 resolution makes it incredibly easy to use the touch elements onscreen. Sitting atop the OS, the interface is built around Samsung's TouchWiz UI. It is wonderfully simple to use, and while it is definitely not as sublime (but then, what is?) as HTC's Sense UI, it (in addition to the unbelievably fast 1GHz Hummingbird CPU) is the biggest reason why the Samsung Galaxy S is such a pleasure to use as your everyday phone. But then, it isn't all about raw processing speed, a phone has got to have exciting features and the Samsung Galaxy S also has a wealth of cool features, from the 5 megapixel camera, through GPS, to super speedy HSDPA web access (and, of course, Google's incredible WebKit browser), and this is why a large number of customers believe this to be one of the coolest mobile phones they've ever seen.

Nokia N8 Review

If you were just to compare specifications, the Nokia N8 is a mobile phone that should propel the N Series from Nokia to the top of the camera phone charts. Lets review those features and take a look at what the Nokia N8 has in store.

With a 12 megapixel camera and optics from Carl Zeiss, including a wide-angle lens and the ability to shoot in high-definition video (720p resolution) and connect via HDMI to your home theatre system with Dolby Digital Plus sound, the Nokia N8 looks to take multimedia phones to a new level.

If social networking is your thing, the Nokia N8 brings all of your favourite networking sites together, including Facebook and Twitter, straight to your home screen. Upload your photos and videos to Facebook as soon as you capture them on the phone, and keep in touch with your friends direct from your mobile.

Building on the succesful Widgets which made their debut in the N97 you can personalise your N8 to your hearts content. There are three individual home screens so your phone can look different when used at work, at home and one spare.

With the growth of the OVI resource portal, there are a large number of different applications that you can get to upgrade and improve your Nokia phone and although not at the level that iPhone users can expect this resource is becoming a valuable addition for Nokia owners.

In addition to the high-quality camera and video expect to find 16 GB of internal memmory which can be expanded through micro-SD memory cards (up to a total of 32 GB) making a total possible memory of 48 GB. Llike television on your mobile? The Nokia N8 also includes on demand WebTV including channels from CNN and National Geographic, although not live TV, a feature hastily dropped by Nokia after the N96 because of the lack of support around the world. This adds an additional distraction from those long commutes as does the full featured music player including album art, playlists and the boast from Nokia that the N8 will store enough songs that you could listen to over two days worth of music without hearing the same song twice.

Connectivity includes Bluetooth, HDMI, a micro-USB connector, 3.5 mm AV connector for your headphones, FM radio and an FM transmitter. E-mail messaging is supported as you would expect as is browsing and internet capabilities which include Flash video support.

The user interface relies on a 3.5 inch high resolution screen with 16.7 million colours and 640 x 360 pixels OLED capacitive touch screen. Differing from the N97, the touch screen is capacitive rather than resistive which means it should be easier to operate with just a finger thater than a stylus. There is an accelerometer (orientation sensor), compass and an ambient light sensor, all the things you’d expect from a high range N Series mobile phone.

GPS is included with integrated GPS and A-GPS receiver and OVI Maps with free car and pedestrian navigation will be included.

The Nokia N8 is also expected to ship with the new Symbian ^3 operating system which is still yet to be fully released by Nokia. Given the number of partners involved in the Symbian development system we would hope that this new release brings a lot of new features and stability to this rather old OS.

Samsung Galaxy S Review

The Samsung Galaxy S is meant to be the Korean firm's big assault on the smartphone market - packing oodles of top end technology into a handset it thinks can take on the iPhone 4. There's more than just top end technology in here to beat the iPhone – the chassis looks decidedly similar too, despite the much larger screen, which comes in at a whopping four inches.

The feel of the frame is also odd, but in a good way. It's nearly a millimetre thicker than the iPhone 4 (we know, shocking) but it doesn't feel it, thanks to the curved back. The downside of this construction is that it feels a little plasticky, which isn't the impression you're going for in a premium smartphone – but it is very light at only 118g. The chrome bezel looks nice too, but it's the screen that it frames that really makes the Samsung Galaxy S.

While Google is intent on losing the custom overlays on modern Android smartphones, Samsung has finally decided to offer up its own skin for the search engine's mobile OS. Known as TouchWiz 3.0, this skin is the evolution of efforts from a number of Samsung handsets – sadly most of which were pretty dire to use, with a range of widgets that underperformed compared to the competitors'.

This overlay was first used on the Samsung Wave, where new widgets were the order of the day – while these worked well, and 10 home screens was a bonus, on the Galaxy S you get seven displays to work with, and both widgets and icons alike. The latter is great, as it means you can mess around with placement of your favourite applications. However, widgets are less of an attraction, with very few on offer from both Samsung and the default Android offering – certainly you get a lot more from the likes of the HTC Desire.

Things like Daily Briefing are very exact in what they offer – we would have preferred more customisation than simple weather and news updates, although RSS feeds are always handy, provided you have the nous to set them up. But the interface on the Samsung Galaxy S is more than this; the large, capacitive touchscreen is just tops. We're not saying it's better than the iPhone 4, but for someone who's never picked up a touchscreen phone in their life, this cannot be beaten.

The lightest touch will produce an instant reaction, and coupled with the 1GHz processor from Samsung, the Galaxy S will rarely slow down from your input. While we would have liked to see more from the menu system (we love swiping up from the bottom of the screen to activate the icon list), you have to hit the 'Applications' icon on the Home screen to do more. Another feature we loved about the Samsung Wave was the intuitive menu system, where the most-used applications gradually moved to the top of the pile; sadly missing on the Galaxy S. But the simple icons and pages way of navigating your applications makes sense, seeing as the iPhone 4 has had such runaway success with such a system.

HTC Desire Review

HTC Desire is a top-end smartphone that is quite impressive in terms of performance. The phone runs Android 2.1 and a key feature of the HTC Desire is its large screen. At 3.7-inches across diagonal corners it isn't the biggest screen on a Smartphone but it is plenty big enough for media rich activities like Web browsing, watching streamed or locally stored video and looking at photos.

The relatively large screen of the device makes its QWERTY keyboard easier to use at a fair old speed, both in tall and wide formats. The 480 x 800 pixel resolution is top-notch and the AMOLED technology used in the display makes it sharp and bright.

The HTC Desire is one of the smartest phones you would have ever come across! With its slender size and immense brain power, it immediately attracts one’s attention. Be it its mobility, customization, optimization or multi-tasking facilities, HTC Desire is a perfect blend of the most interactive qualities you ever desired to be inculcated in a phone.

The technical specifications include HSDPA with 7.2Mbps download and 2Mbps upload, Wi-Fi, GPS, a motion sensor, 5-megapixel camera, 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. Support for Microsoft Exchange is built in, and the handset can handle remote data wipe and password protection which should help endear it to corporate users.

The Desire phone has a wide range of applications pre-installed including viewers for Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF documents, an FM radio, an app called FriendStream which brings together Facebook and Flickr updates, YouTube, Google Maps and an RSS reader. Flash support is here and among the thousands of apps you can download from the Android market is a free BBC iPlayer.

HTC Desire phones provide the finest browsing experience and the heaviest of pages can load in a matter of seconds. The phone employs a 1GHz Snapdragon Processor which helps it perform multiple functions at the same time.

One of the most unique features of the Desire is its customized widgets which bring you the latest news ranging from local weather to your friend’s updates in a very innovative & interesting manner.

This amazing phone is now available on various pay monthly contract offers and pay as you go deals at online mobile phone shop. If you do not want to go for pay monthly and pay as you go mobile offers, You can also opt for the Desire as a sim free handset to experience its wonders.

In a nutshell this latest HTC phone simply leaves nothing to be 'Desired'!
