The Stunning Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Phones

Amongst the latest Smartphones released by Sony Ericsson is the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Mini. As the name suggests, this is a compact handset yet boasts an impressive array of features and utilises the renowned Android operating system.

X10 Mini is a compact handset measuring just 83x 50x 16 mm and weighs in at just 88 g making it a pocket friendly handset which is ideally proportioned for comfort of use on the move.

In order to stay connected to both cellular networks and the Internet, a number of different connectivity methods are utilised. Cellular networks are connected to thanks to class 10 versions of both GPRS & EDGE. Connection to the Internet is via both 3G coverage and Wi-Fi. After launching a series of Smartphones - The Sony Ericsson Vivaz, Xperia X10 and the Satio, Sony Erisson is coming up with its latest range of phones under the Walkman series with the newest models Sony Ericson Zylo and Spiro. Earlier to these new additions, the company had produced the very popular music phone The W995. Both of them offer strong music and communication features. The Zylo offers more than music capabilities and you can talk and listen to music at the same time; capture amazing images and pictures with its 3.2-megapixel camera or shoot video footage on the video option. All these can be done while interacting online on social networking sites with your friends via Facebook, Twitter and YouTube that are pre-installed on the phone.

Talking about the music features, you can manage and control what you listen to with the Zylo phone without needing to navigate to the Walkman 4.0 player. Not only this, Zylo is the first Sony Ericsson phone that features the FLAC format.

Sony Ericsson Xperia X8 Releasing Soon

After enjoying the success of Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, X10 mini and X10 mini pro, Sony Ericsson is coming up with yet another powerful smartphone, the Sony Ericsson Xperia X8. The phone is aimed at the masses which is not a “feature superior” phone but is aimed to provide a feature-rich package at a reasonable price to the consumers.

Xperia X8 is based on Android and is expected to be released in the third quarter of the year 2010. The phone is an attractive handset with the logo of Sony Ericsson on top of the display. The main focus has been payed to the display which is a 3 inch TFT capacitive touch screen with 320 x 480 pixels resolution and 16 million colours. Xperia X8 was previously named as the Sony Ericsson Shakira but later was decided to be released as the Xperia X8. This latest Sony smartphone supports quad band GSM 850/ 900/ 1800/ 1900 and HSDPA 900/ 2100 or HSDPA 850/ 900/ 1900/ 2100 for 3G users.

In a nutshell, the X8 is a compact, capable smartphone with good looks and a low price which is expected to be available at 200 euro.
